SHIPPING

Once orders are placed, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery (We do not process orders over the weekend) except for pre-orders or when stated otherwise. Please note that if your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order, including any items currently in stock, will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, The Moon Butterfly will not be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred. Customs fees are not included in our pricing or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with their country's regulations and rates.

The Moon Butterfly is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
